Slight property price decrease in most regional centers since summer 2014
The property prices from July to September have decreased by 0.1 % compared to the second quarter of this year, show recent data of the National Statistical Institute.
This is due to the price slump of the market prices in 19 regional centers as the lowest prices relate mainly to Kyustendil (by 2.5%), Pernik (by 2.4%) and Razgrad (by 1.9 %). Property prices in the remaining eight regional centers account on an increase within the same period.
More specifically, Bulgarian properties in the capital city of Sofia rise by 0.8 % compared to the second quarter while in Sofia district – on the contrary, they go down by 0.6 %.
