Luxury poperty market 2013
In February 2013 , the luxury property market offered more houses and less apartments. Property prices are moving in a wide range.The price of the apartments starts from 400 000EUR and can reach up to 1 500 000 Eur. The most cheap luxury house starts from 700 000EUR and can reach up to few million EUR, especially if this house is architectural monument located in Sofia center.
The main group of customers are mainly entrepreneurs and managers in large international corporations. Last year there was no significicant price change comparing with 2011.
