Sandanski Mall, the first multi-functional shopping and entertament centre in the town, will open in April, developers Sandanski Property told on April 10, as quoted by investor.bg.
The mall is in the town centre, close to the park and Sandanski Hotel, the developer said.
The three-storey building consists of also a hotel, given that Sandanski is a popular tourist destination, which attracts one million people every year.
The total area of the mall is 4090 sq. m, featuring a supermarket, restaurant, night-club and 29 shops. The mall also has a parking space for 100 cars.
