Bulgaria holds position at top 3 of preferable tourist directions among the Europeans, along with Greece and Tunisia, Bulgarian National TV Channel announced.

This summer the travelling agencies anticipate a 12% increase in the number of foreign visitors in Bulgaria and 60% of them will come from the EU member states.

In the last four years the country has obtained fame because of its luxurious hotels, unconventional tourist proposals and  the cheap real estates. Still, there is a chance for Bulgaria to "disgust" foreign tourists because of the uncontrolled building works all over the Black Sea coast.

Bulgaria must also make some serious endeavours in improving its executive and legislative power in order to put and end of the reckless constructions, CEO of the Bulgarian Tourists Agencies Association Donka Sokolova said.
