More than 2,000 estates are exposed for sale in Varna and Burgas areas. The costs are between 500 and 1,700 EUR per sq m.

The biggest offering in the region of Burgas is in the town of Sozopol. Prices there are higher - 1,500-1,700 EUR per sq m. Purchase demand is brisk also in the Southern seaside towns of Pomorie, Nesebar, Primorsko and Obzor.

In Varna province most attractive are in St St  Konstantin and Elena resort, Golden Sands, and the countrysides of Alen Mak and Dolna Traka.
