Almost 70 % of the new buildings are houses and most of the new apartments have two rooms, a recent survey reveals. The number of the new-built fit-for-use residential buildings is 576 which is about 15.2 % less than the same quarter previous year, preliminary data show. The property decrease is by one fifth.
The biggest share is held by the houses (67.3 %) followed by the residential buildings (15.3 %) as compared to the fourth quarter of the year 2012, their number reduced by 67 and 37 respectively while the recently built villas increase their number up to 9.
Most of the residential buildings are already in running order in the following district centers: Varna-111 buildings with 551 residences, Burgas-94 buildings with 728 residences and Plovdiv-77 buildings with 264 residences. The prevailing share is those of the two-roomed properties (39.5 %) followed by the three-roomed ones (31.7 %). The average effective area expands by up to 0.5 sq.m and 83.sq.m annually.
