According to recent data, more than 10,000 Russian citizens are owners of Bulgarian homes in 2013. Up until now, their number is 300-350,000. At first, they came to our country as tourists but they remained impressed by the unique Bulgarian nature and decided to own a property here, the Russian Ambassador asserts.

 He is also convinced that they have made the right decision. Despite the fact that the construction of new real estate is not very active recently, the interest remains steady. The Russian homeowners feel very well in Bulgaria and the real estate market activity increases.

  A huge number of Russian tourists visited Bulgaria-only in 2013 their exact number was 700,000, 480,000 of them decided to spend their holidays in the country, more specifically in the coastal resorts. Good news for the ski and spa tourism-Russians’ interest keeps increasing!
