Russians Buy out One-third of Bulgarian Seaside
One third part of the holiday seaside properties on the Black Sea Coastline have bought from Russians. Preferable destinations are: Varna, Burgas, Dobrich, Balchik, Nessebar, our SPA and sea resorts: Sunny Beach, Golden Sands, Albena, etc. About 320 000seaside apartments are owned from Russian nationals which is about 8% of the homes in Bulgaria. Naturally, the Russians are also the most active buyers of real estate market in Bulgaria, following by British, Belgian, Canadian, USA citizens, according to Real estate analysis.
The Russians buying properties in Bulgaria are mostly middle- class citizens with stable incomes.
