520 residential buildings have been put into operation between April and June. They are with 26,3 per cent  less comparing with the same period last year. The total numbers of the homes into the buildings is 2175. There is decrease with 40,1%, shows information of the National  Statistic Institution.

The average living area of the new Bulgarian apartments is rising from 77,9sq.m to 84,7sq.m. Most spacious are the apartments in Targovishte region- 178sq.m and Sofia-142,8sq.m living area. Apartments with smallest living area are in Vidin-36sq.m and Shumen-57,9sq.m

The most new apartments in Bulgaria are located in Varna-115 buildings with 536 apartments, Burgas-77buildings with 661apartments, in Sofia 50buildings with 52 lodgings.
