An office and a residential complex in Sofia are going to be build bybulgarian company for sugar products “Atlantik”.
This was announced by the consulting company that manages the project.
The complex will be situated at “Slivnica” boulevard and it will include office buildings, houses and trade areas.
One part of the project has done already and it has worked since last year. This is property represent office building with area of 3000sq.m. that are for rent. In the summer will begin construction of second office building and till the end of the year will begin and erection of two more real estates. 
The fifth agency-building is scheduled for 2009.
The total built - up area of office  buildings  and their adjacent trade fields will be about  33 000sq.m. The complex will include further home part of 17 000sq.m. The construction will start this year and is expected to be  finished for up to three years. The apartments will be with living area of 50 – 200sq.m
The complex will include as well trade part as well as a shop of food commodities.
Parking places and general parts for rest will be build and near to the homes it will be construct kindergarten.
This is the first project of “Atlantik” company in the sectors for real estate.
The association has been founded  in 1989 and nowadays is known most popular with its business in the sector of sugar products.
