In the east part of Arbanasi will be build up golf course with area of 500 000 sq.m. The Spanish professor - Eduardo Maria Moles Rifa is investor in this project. He is is a partner in registered for this aim company „Arbanasi golf park”-announced “Borba”.The mayor of the city – Tosho Krystev  confirmed  that the project is being produced at the moment and the future golf course will include part of the area of Lqskovec, near to  Petropolovski monastery. They are as well familiared  with the investment purpose in municipality of Lqskovec  and they consider the form of participation in it. Professor Eduardo Maria Moles Rifa is living in Arbanasi for few years. He is famous also with the project of Olympian centre in Barcelona.
