A lot of bulgarian companies for real estates will take part of the international fair for immovable real estates in Kuwait which began yesterday.Bulgaria will search investors and tourists from the arabian country. There is interest to increase the degree of her economic trade relations with the country from Persian Gulf. The Bulgarian ambassador in Bahrain – Ilko Shivachev announced this.
He shows the priority of  the investments in immovable real estates, as he accentuate that the businessmen from Kuwait have desire to get into  such perspective markets as these of sides european union members. The taxes are only 10%  for foreignand  people and 0% for those  makers who invest in region with high  unemployment. Bulgaria differ from the other countries, because the rate of  the procedures is lowest in comparison with all countries that have stayed in eu.
The government will provide full  support to the investors in the immovable real estates, the tourism and the industry. The foreigners in Bulgaria have 100 % of property right.
