The 1th housing plan of Israeli-based Pritzker Group in our country Bulgaria –“Roslin Park, will be situated in Sofia’s Lyulin neighbourhood where the streets Petar Detliev and Pancho Vladigerov are join together. This propertu will consist of 28 floors. The total built up area is 65 000 sq. m which will  spread on a land plot of 30 000 sq m.
The numbers of the apartments will be 550 with size varying from 60- 20 sq.m. The prise will be approximately  735-880 euro per sq.m.
Roslin Park will be a semi-gated composite luxurious  offering 24-hour security services and video monitoring, kindergarten, a fitness hall, sauna, beauty reception, a number of shops and supermarket. Affront of the Roslin Park will have a large green areas.
The 1th phase of the plan, which includes  8 housing edifices with a total of 150 apartments, is projected for completion in May 2009. About 85-90 of these units have already been sold to residents from Lyulin and the nearby neighborhoods.
The investor in the design is Itzhak Pritzker, IP Bulgaria 2005 Ltd. The erection company is AT Engineering 2000, architectural project was done by Atanas Panov, and financing has been provide by a loan from United Bulgarian Bank (UBB).
The Pritzker group of companies is an international firm that started in the erection of housing apartments in 1961. Over the years, the company has reinforced its position as one of the biggest and most respected constructors in Israel, having constructed thousands of lodging units, some of the expensive and sumptuous shopping centres, office buildings and residential compounds in Tel Aviv, Haifa and Jerusalem.
It has broaden its work, going beyond the borderlines of Israel and, since 1985, has invested in estates in locations like New York, Connecticut, Hungary, Latvia and  Croatia. It has lately started large-scale investment in Russia and Romania and it landed on the Bulgarian properties market through the Roslin Park complex.
Nowadays the company is owned and managed by Itzhak Pritzker, a 2th  generation member of the family.
This is not the 1tht residential investment intend to at middle and lower-middle users by an Israeli company in a residential development in Sofia’s western neighbourhoods.
The architectural project was created by Atelier Serafimov Architects Ltd, with Glavbolgarstroy Jsc as the contractor. UBB will once again finance the plan and Orvitex Ltd. is the manager and exceptional agent of City Park Residence.
