Three investment bids of the burgas"Santa Maria" company have entered into municipality of Teteven. They anticipate construction of home buildings for one family of two levels for villa rest in the territory in resort of  Ribaritza.
According the information system DAKSI the association is a possession of"Kavarna Spain 2006", that was governed by Juan Рохас and Fernando Wisente.
In the place Stara Ribaritza with area of 9500 sq. m. it is expecting the realization of project with 7 home-buildings with overall capacity -70 beds. The other two investments intentions of the “Santa Maria” are for building of 13 properties that are located in the place of Debelstiza.
