In what to invest?  In this question the Russian   independent director of “Sibirytelekom”-Igor Repin recommend to privet investors to invest in properties, houses and to institution investors to bye land on different places.
Mr. Repin thinks himself to bye in Krim and Bulgaria. Also he is going to bye properties and in Kamchatka.
At this time he says that the investment in Bulgarian property is very interesting and important on the market place. As he say, in the end of 2007 the price of 1sq.m residential area close to the sea   is 1100 euro. This investor is expecting the prices of the Bulgarian real estate properties to rise with 2-3 times in two years and the reason is that we are part of the EU and future part of Shengen.
“Besides, to find and bye property in Bulgaria online is so easy, but ofcourse is better to go and to look the property which you are going to bye”-sad Igor Repin.
Mr.Repin  consider  buying property  in Bulgaria is profitably even and with credit .He points  t hat a lot of German and English people are  buying buildings in our country and after that they give them  for  rent.
The other reason the Russian people to bye real estate property in Bulgaria is the distance.  The tickets are not expensive. And the holiday is cheaper for them.
