It is possible to have 15-20 percent obligatory amalgamation of the properties, such obligatory amalgamation will be possible in the case, when 70 percent of the owners in the same land want amalgamation and the other owners of plots do not interest in cultivation of their plots.
This became clear to concluding seminar in boosted by Netherlands programme for re-allocation in Bulgaria, Mediapool announced.
44 projects for amalgamation of agricultural lands in our country will be executed in 2013.
