Eminent Bourgas-based companies will move their production amenities to the industrial area near the town of Aitos, Bourgas municipality, Mayor Evgeni Vrabchev officially reported.
The future business area will spread over 799 982,6 m² plot. About 50 companies are expected to exhibit their manufacture capacities and administrative centers in the complex. In the compound are working around 3 000 people.
Many investors would like to be a part of the new area, Vrabchev told. Agreements with the Elkabel and Hemus have reached a very advanced level, he added.
Aitos attracts business people with its low-priced labor, its proximity to the Bourgas seaport and airport and the well-developed infrastructure, the mayor announced.
