Shops in Smartcuty and City Point Centre are sold but not in use. They are not in rented out. This is interesting to note because three retail centers are going to   open their doors in the end of the year in  Sofia\\\\\\\'s Mladost neighborhood along the central Alexander Malinov Blvd. Five more are in their planning to be build. In this days, as soon is possible ,the Boulevard shopping centre one of the malls will be complete. It is situated between Mladost 1 and Mladost 1A areas.This mall will open doors probably in the middle of 2008. There will be offices and house shops whit area of 8885 sq m. Between 20 and 400 sq m in area is the retail units.
In the end of 2008 is expected to be open and the third commercial real estate. This is Mall Smartcity, developed by Krit and is located near the former circus site. The main company has plans envisaged a mixed.It will use office and residential units, establishments, embracing retail. 50 sq m will be the smallest size of the single units. But most amazing place will be the  top floor  with  shelter restaurants and fast food cafes.
