Irish property investment company West Properties International, opened new offices in Sofia, The Irish Times announced. Frank Fahy, the former head of Irish Equal Status Bureau, who attended the ground-breaking ceremony, inaugurated the new offices on behalf of Brian Conneelly, the company's manager.
The company already has 19 projects in Bulgaria, situated in Sofia and at the seaside, Dnevnik daily wrote. Thus, it has settled permanently on the local market, the Times noted. Most of its investors are Irish. West Properties International intends to invest 500 million euro in Bulgaria, primarily in developing compounds situated in the suburban areas of resorts and towns.
Brian Conneelly and his partners have devoted a approceable amount of resources to projects in Pomorie, Tsarevo, Lozenets, and Sunny Beach. They have declared their plans to invest in Samokov and Pchelin, as well.
