Other hotel complex to be developed in Razlog area
Linexa Lensdown Ltd. is a successor of a part of Linexa Property Ltd.'s assets. The latter has developed a several of holiday complexes in Bulgaria. Some of them are located along the shore Kaliakra Golf&Sea, costing 18 million euro and initiated earlier this year, is among them.Raplevo area, located in Razlog's holiday will see the construction of a 105 million leva hotel complex. The developer, the newly fixeds Linexa Lensdown Ltd., won a tender offered by Razlog Municipality.
The compound, called Edelweiss, will encompass hotel and residential units with a total area exceeding 103 000 sq m, spread over 100-decare plot. Currently, the establishment is at its draft stage. Building is expected to start in 2008 and will take about three years.
he hotel will feature a spa centre and outdoor and indoor entertainment amenities with a total area of more than 21 500 sq m and a retail section of 3 669 sq m.. The flats will have a gross actual area of 45 126 sq m. The project will create 580 jobs.
