We offer one – storey Bulgarian rural house that is located in well developed village, about 16 km away from the town of Targovishte. The village is 110 km away from Varna airport.
The house is situated in the end of the village and was built in 1958. The house occupied 60 sq. m. of living area and includes big hall and two rooms. The windows are made of wooden frames and the doors are wooden. The roof has to be repair.
The toilet is outside the house and bathroom has to be build.
Electricity, water and a septic tank are provided. A telephone land line is available.
The Bulgarian property benefits of a huge garden that spreads over 1150 sq. m.  The garden offers allocating parking space for one car.
Near the house, there is other building that has to be repair or demolish.
The road that leads to the property is asphalt.
