It is a  rural house, which is located in the centre of the village, 25 km. away from the city of Pleven.
It is one-storey house with living area of 60 sq. m. The house was built in1958. The living area is distributed as follows: A celler 16 sq. m. big. The first floor embrace three rooms, entrance, and a corridor. There is wooden flooring. The walls are with wallpapers. The windows are two-wing and glazed. Electricity and water outside are provided. There is wc outside. For heating firewood and electricity can be used.
The house needs  refreshment and cleaning.
An asphalt road leads to the house and makes it reachable in winter.
The garden of the house is 850 sq. m. big. There is a summer kitchen 20 sq. m. big, farm buildings and fruit trees. The house has no garage built in it, but there are good condition for one.
In the village, there are a post office, culture center, mayor office, church, shops, and a café. There is transport available by train and by bus. There is a main road nearby. In proximity to the house Vit River is located, which is suitable for fishing.
