A revival of the Bulgarian property market at the beginning of 2013

According to Bulgarian House Ltd, more active buyers of Bulgarian properties will be at the beginning of 2013. Reasons for these expectations are retention of low interest rates on loans on the deposits, anchored low rates on the taxes on interest on deposits, which entered into force on January 1. Are these reasons will make property buyers to give a new meaning to their plans for their saved money and probably some of them will decide to invest in Bulgarian properties.

The expectation is buyers to use longer periods for paying of the credits because of the lower incomes. Deals between 40 000 and 60 000Euro will be more popular due to the higher accessibility, increased demand and continuing trend of selling smaller homes and buying bigger properties.

Needs of housing will be the main reasons for buying properties among the Bulgarian buyers. Many foreigners will continue to buy properties for permanent living and for holiday home in Bulgaria. There is  Rising in searching of commercial properties for investment  as well.

At the end of 2012 the most preferable properties was the apartments located in Sofia- near the center, Banishora, Manastirski livadi, Ilinden and Ovcha kupel quarters. The big potential of these quarters will make them preferable destinations for the buyers at the beginning of 2013. About 45 % from the people at the end of 2012 founded housings between 1-3 months.

The rental market will be more active than the Bulgarian rental market in 2012. Landlords are becoming more attentive to tenants with whom contracts.
