The Bulgarian property Burgas Shipyards has been announced for sale. This was the request of the creditors and the writ of execution was issued on behalf of the Burgas Regional Court, local media report. The sale announcement is already part of the public sales register and the upcoming auctions will be held in April.

  With the aim to repay the debts, the creditors intend to sell first the mortgage free and injunction free plots. The approximate number of the creditors totally is more than 10-11. However, the entire amount of the debt is not likely to be paid. Immovable property sales are most likely to be announced. Thus, the future buyer would have the possibility to use the shipyards for its specific purpose. According to a local source, the most expensive piece of property has an auction price of about BGN 47 million.
